We stand behind Vibras and want you to love it. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. There's no need to send the product back (no return needed for a refund).

How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, please email us at mike@drinkvibras.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • A brief description of why you’re requesting a refund (so we can improve!)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days of receiving them. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Important Notes

  • Refunds are granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the policy, or repeat refund requests from the same customer.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at mike@drinkvibras.com immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our product as a consumable food supplement, we do not accept physical returns for safety and quality reasons.


European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, consumable goods (like our drink mix supplements) are exempt from return once opened or unsealed. If your item is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a refund.


Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive refund requests from the same customer, or abuse of our money-back guarantee.


Governing Law
This policy and any related disputes will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
