Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Vibras, you'll save 15% on every delivery, with the convenience of automatic shipments.

Key details:

  • Default shipping frequency is every 1 month.

  • You can modify your delivery schedule at any time to every 45 or 60 days.

  • Your payment method will be charged before each shipment.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation before each delivery, with a link to manage your subscription.


Modify or Cancel Anytime

You’re in control. You can:

  • Skip a delivery

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Update your shipping address or payment method

  • Cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason

You can manage your subscription in two easy ways:
1️⃣ Tap the user icon (👤) in the website navigation to log in to your passwordless account and access your subscription settings.
2️⃣ Use the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email.

Please note: Changes must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
