Vibras Shipping Policy

Welcome to Vibras! We’re committed to getting your hydration and energy mixes to you quickly and reliably. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

During high-demand periods or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information when your order ships.


2. Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

We ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.


3. Free Shipping Offers

We offer free shipping on 2 or more items and also offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or offers will be clearly noted at checkout.


4. International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to select international destinations.

Important notes for international orders:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges. You are responsible for paying any additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

  • Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for items held or rejected by customs.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, shipping address, and selected shipping method.

Any available promotions, free shipping thresholds, or discounts will be automatically applied at checkout.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update after shipment.


7. Delivery Issues and Risk of Loss

Once we hand your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or events outside our control (including weather, natural disasters, or customs delays).

If your package is marked as delivered but you can't locate it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors.

  2. Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark a package delivered before it arrives.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for support.

  4. If unresolved, email us at mike@drinkvibras.com, and we’ll do our best to help.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mike@drinkvibras.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun. Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before placing your order.
